1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (deployzeroshare.com) and the ZeroShare Gateway software and services (collectively, "the Service"), operated by ZeroShare, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ZeroShare, Inc. provides ZeroShare Gateway, an on-premise AI security solution that offers PII redaction and secrets blocking capabilities. The software is available through AWS Marketplace and is designed to protect organizations from accidental data leaks when using public AI services.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on ZeroShare, Inc.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. ZeroShare Gateway is designed to process data on-premise and does not transmit sensitive data to external services. 9. Termination

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ZeroShare, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Rhode Island.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce these Terms shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeroShare, Inc. concerning the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
